What Kind of Counselling is This?

The same counselling isn’t beneficial for everyone. Depending on your personality, one or more of these below might be a good fit for you. In psychotherapy language, here are some approaches I use in counselling sessions:

  • Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) – working to change habits of thinking and acting in the here and now.
  • Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) – gaining awareness of emotions and understanding where they came from.
